At PinkyDress, we understand that finding the perfect dress is an art. Our founder’s curated selection is designed to solve your "nothing to wear" dilemma. If your selection isn’t quite right, we are here to help you through our streamlined return process.

1. The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to try on your items immediately upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations.

2. Product Categories & Eligibility

To offer high-quality fashion at factory prices, we categorize our items to ensure fairness for both our customers and our craftsmen:

A. Ready-to-Wear (Standard Sizes)

  • Eligible for Return: Standard-sized dresses and fashion items in their original condition.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. No perfume, makeup stains, or pet hair.

B. Custom-Made / Made-to-Order

  • Limited Return: Since these items are tailored specifically to your measurements or unique requests, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a significant quality defect or a manufacturing error on our part.
  • Measurement Accuracy: PinkyDress is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. However, we may offer a discount for a replacement if the fit is slightly off.

C. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We offer two convenient ways to start your return request:

  • Method 1: Direct Email
    Simply send an email to service@pinkydress.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
  • Method 2: Online Return Form
    Scroll to the bottom of this page and fill out our Return Request Form. This information is sent directly to our support team for immediate processing.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a PinkyDress error (e.g., wrong item or quality defect), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective standard-size returns to cover the cost of inspection and processing.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. PinkyDress is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card).
